You’ll partner directly with the Studio Manager to keep the studio running, and ensure every member walks in and out of our doors with a smile.

This is a 20-30 hour-per-week position perfect for someone who loves fitness, leadership, and making things run like clockwork.

Lead the Vibe: Keep the energy high at the front desk.
Master the Desk: Run the daily show—from checking in members and answering sales calls to keeping client accounts up to date and handling cash.
Lean into your Sales Prowess: Help the Studio succeed in monthly goals for Membership Retentions, New Sales, Revenue and other Retail sales.

EXAMPLE WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Studio hours include 4:30 am - 8 pm weekdays as well as Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 1 pm.
Sales Associate hours will include opening and closing during the week and at least one weekend day, most weekends. In other words, we have a lot of hours to cover and can support flexibility!

COMPENSATION

Hourly: $15.00

+ Individual sales commission (up to $40 per sale) and monthly Bonus (Up to $250+)
+Simple IRA Match at 3%

+Paid time off according to PTO policy (based on tenure)

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
